TERMS and CONDITIONS of the "Black Friday 2017" PROMOTION at e-megasport.de HELD 24.11.2017

§1
1. These terms and conditions contain rules, which apply to each Participant of the Promotion, of the acquisition of goods from the store e-megasport.de with a discount of 20% deducted from the retail price (later called "Discount").
The Organizers of the Promotion are partners of the e-megasport S.C. in Szczecin, al. Bohaterów Warszawy 40, 70-342 Szczecin, Poland.
2. The Promotion will be carried out on 24-11-2017 from 00:01 until 23:59 in the online store e-megasport.de
3. Discount code for use with the promotion: BF2017
4. The discount code can be activated at website: https://e-megasport.de/code
§ 2
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall mean:
1. Promotion - collection of sports footwear prepared by the Organizer and available for purchase with a 20% discount, based on the principles set out in these terms and conditions. Promotion is carried under the name "Black Friday". Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or available discounts.
2. Offer - includes all available products on the e-megasport.de website.
3. Participant of the Promotion - person having legal capacity, that accepts the Terms and Conditions and rules of the Promotion set out in there.
§ 3
Sale under the Promotion will take place only in the online shop e-megasport.de
§4
Promotion shall be based on the following rules:
1. Participant of the Promotion has the right, not the obligation to participate in the Promotion.
2. To participate in the Promotion is it required to make a purchase at the online store indicated in §1
3. Promotion is based on granting a discount of 20% (twenty percent) for the entire range of available products. Participant of the Promotion, in order to benefit from the Promotion, must activate the code on the website https://e-megasport.de/code , provided in §1 pt 3 of these Terms and Conditions. The discount will be automatically applied according to the value given in paragraph §1 pt. 1.
4. The Promotion is that, if the Participant of the Promotion will meet all the conditions described in the Terms and Conditions, they may use the discount from the retail price, specified in paragraph §1.
Discounts received from different sources do not add with the discount provided under this Promotion. In the case of a purchase in the online store, the system shall calculate the prices of selected goods automatically.
If you have any doubts concerning participation in this Promotion, in particular, doubt as to the fact that the goods are part of the Promotion, please contact support for answers.
5. The buyer can participate in the Promotion until payment for the purchased products. Failure to report a desire to take part in the Promotion up to the time of payment means that the buyer has forsaken to take advantage of the Promotion in relation to this particular transaction. In this situation, once the payment is made customer loses the right to take part in the Promotion for that transaction.
6. Goods purchased during the Promotion are subject to returns and warranty.
7. The condition for granting the discount under this Promotion is effective creation and conclusion of the contract of sale for all purchased products.
8. The promotion applies only to retail purchases, all orders over €350 (three hundred fifty euro) will be treated as a wholesale purchase, not subject to Promotion.
9. Minimum order amount is €25.
10. To fulfill orders with prepayment, we are waiting until 28-11-2017, after that time the orders will be canceled.

§5
Information regarding Promotion, located on the website, Facebook page of e-megasport S.C. company or promotional materials, does not constitute an offer or public promise.
§6
The Organizer has the right to cancel or terminate the Promotion at any time without giving a reason, by placing the written information on the Internet, on the company's profile e-megasport, on Facebook and in the newsletter. Promotion ends at the moment of introduction of information.
§7
1. The organizer cannot be held liable for any disputes arising from causes attributed to third parties.
